Cartridge fit

Compatible cartridge filters need more than an approximate size.

End cap style, gasket location, mounting hardware, media type, pleat spacing, and length tolerance can decide whether a replacement cartridge seals correctly in the collector.

End cap styles

Open-open, open-closed, threaded, bayonet, bolt hole, flange, and custom mounting configurations.

Applications

Welding fume, powder coating, woodworking, metal grinding, bulk solids, and general industrial dust.

A clean cartridge label helps, but a used sample can still provide key measurements and construction clues.

FIT Dimensions

Outside diameter, length, inner diameter, pleat depth, and mounting hole dimensions.

BUILD Seal details

End cap style, gasket type, gasket location, thread, flange, and hardware.

RUN Performance

Media, dust type, moisture, air volume, cleaning method, and target replacement cycle.

Manufacturer catalogue evidence

Cartridge constructions and product families shown in the catalogue.

Guanlin’s catalogue presents multiple cartridge constructions and media-treatment families. Use these families to route an RFQ, then confirm the exact dimensions, end caps, seals, media and operating conditions for the replacement.

Construction references – catalogue p. 15

Pleated and easy-clean constructions are shown with visible end-cap, support and sealing elements.

Operating-condition families – catalogue pp. 16-18

High-temperature, oil-mist, coated, antistatic, oil/water-resistant and flame-retardant families are presented separately.

Additional media families – catalogue p. 19

Wood-pulp and polyurethane cartridge families are shown as separate product routes.

RFQ boundary

Send OD, ID, length, end-cap and gasket photos, mounting details, current label or part number, dust and cleaning method before a replacement is confirmed.

First-party source: Guanlin product catalogue, pp. 15-19. No numerical or comparative performance value is transferred from the catalogue.
